Accenture

What It Was

Accenture time and again has turned to Lightswitch to design their annual Partner's Meetings. These meetings provide opportunities for the partners of this global consulting powerhouse to network, meet and strategize. The production components must be up to the sophisticated standards of the audience, while adhering to the production budget.

What We Did

In the first of two events showcased here, Lightswitch utilized a system comprised primarily of color mixing automated fixtures to light a Mondrian like array of geometric shapes. This gave the creative team a great variety of color choices including matching important 'Pantone' brand colors. At the next event Lightswitch worked with scenic designer James Joy to create a visual tableau that both included the large 'sails' in Chicago's Aire Crown Theater, as well as taking advantage of the scenic 'globe' that held center stage.

Why It Worked

In each show, fixtures projected an array of subtle yet interesting textures onto the scenic elements. Lightswitch also took advantage of the strong color palette used in Accenture's branding strategy. The exact balance of color, texture and broadcast standard key lighting resulted in a spectacular visual feast.
