What It Was

Audi of North America wanted to have the North American dealers visit the German facilities of Audi AG. Dealers were flown to Munich for 3 days of meetings, tours and of course parties.

What We Did

Working on the set of the Audi AG dealer meeting Lightswitch lit the North American Dealer Meeting. This required careful coordination with the German design team and their vendors. In a separate space Lightswitch designed a welcome reception and a closing night party. These events required the design of a rig that could be transformed from a simple yet refined look for the Welcome Reception to a sit down dinner for the closing session.

Why It Worked

The venue for the Opening and Closing events we in the Arrabella Sheraton in Munich. A venue that has very severe rigging challenges and Lightswitch was able to design a rig that overcame those challenges and created a very dramatic environment. Working with local vendors Lightswitch was able to deliver a spectacular product.
