What It Was

Beauticontrol’s Celebration was the annual sales meeting of consultants from around the country. Approximately 5000 hyper enthusiastic sellers were assembled at the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Dallas for four days of awards sessions, inspiration and a heck of a good time.

What We Did

Lightswitch was hired to raise the visual bar on this very important annual meeting. The client was very interested in adding new technology to the show and video sources to be specific. Lightswitch helped to inform the clients of the newer possibilities and together we settled on a number of LED video products. We brought on board Jerrod Smith of DesignSmith to design the scenery and incorporate the media products that the clients chose to use.

Why It Worked

The process was totally collaborative and Lightswitch was able to share our knowledge and help to create an amazing looking show. The video sources were all totally integrated in the scenic and lighting design and this was a great example of the “convergence” that is now happening in design.
