What It Was

Bacardi and Las Vegas are hot, hot, hot!!! There isn’t a better place to throw a party and that’s what Bacardi did. They hosted an event that spanned 3 days over Labor Day Weekend and took over significant real estate at the Palms Hotel including the Ghost Bar, the club Rain and the pool. Each of these spaces was converted to B Live Bacardi environments.

What We Did

Lightswitch conceived and designed the entire event from lighting to multi media, to vendor selection and labor. Working closely with the producers, Javelin Lightswitch incorporated fresh ideas using cutting-edge technology in their designs.

Why It Worked

Lightswitch incorporated Bacardi branding into every aspect of this event using new video technologies such as Versa Tube and Versa Tiles along with video projection and more tradition lighting. Special effect lighting was used to create high-energy environments and theme each of the three spaces used. This resulted in a magnificent event that both the producers and Bacardi were thrilled with.
