What It Was

Lionel Richie was planning a European tour to support his hit record “Just For You”. He wanted a simple but impressive show that focused on the star and his music rather than flashy theatrics, while being conscious of the limited budget.

What We Did

Lightswitch designed a straightforward, easy to setup show that was both economical and versatile. We worked with the show director to establish a unique look and feel for each song, building the show as it went.

Why It Worked

The versatility of the design helped take the audience on a musical journey throughout the performance. Each song introduced new visuals keeping the design fresh throughout the two-hour concert, while keeping the budget in check.
